B40 Elderly Support Program
Ensuring Accessible Healthcare for the Elderly
At Oretha’s Senior Care, we believe that every senior deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of financial background. That’s why we’ve launched the B40 Support Program, an initiative dedicated to assisting elderly individuals from the B40 community with their hospital visits.
Supported by Yayasan Hasanah and the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, this program ensures that seniors receive the care and guidance they need when attending medical appointments.
What We Do:
- Accompanying elderly individuals to hospitals and clinics
- Assisting with hospital navigation and registration
- Providing support during doctor consultations
- Taking note of prescriptions and collecting medications
- Scheduling and arranging follow-up appointments
We kickstarted this initiative in January 2025, assisting elderly residents in PPR flats of Lembah Subang with medical visits to Sultan Idris Shah Serdang Hospital and Klinik Kesihatan Kelana Jaya. Through Oretha’s Senior Concierge Services, we ensure that seniors are not alone in their healthcare journey, giving them peace of mind and improving their overall well-being.
How You can Support This Initiative
In addition to this program, we also run the Senior Citizen Discount Guide on a quarterly basis, a campaign that connects seniors with exclusive deals while supporting a meaningful cause. For every advertisement placed in the guide, funds are channeled directly into the B40 Elderly Support Program, helping more seniors receive the healthcare assistance they need.
