This session is ideal for working adults who are caregivers of elderly individuals as it covers important aspects of preparing for or caring for aging parents. If your senior parents are semi-independent, able to walk slowly with a walking stick, or are wheelchair-bound but not completely bedridden, this workshop will benefit you.
